2017 day 2

Amazing place Singapore. After a beautiful Father's Day brunch with Bronwyn we walked (a fair way) to a place called Hendersons wave which was a series of treetop walks through natural rainforest but right in the middle of high rise apartments. We then took the train - quick, reliable and efficient as usual - to Santosa which is a beach resort with rides, universal studios etc-  and crowds of people. Enjoyed a cool drink on the beach with dozens of tankers moored just offshore. Back to town for lunch at one of the local hawker centres and then back to the hotel for a swim in the beautiful pool. Diner at Bronwyns flat finished off a great day.
